1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BettingWave ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BettingWave is an information tool that matches publicly available news to publicly available prediction market data on platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket. The App does not facilitate betting, trading, or any financial transactions.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

BettingWave offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ("BettingWave Premium") that unlocks full access to the App's features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Informational Use Only

All content provided by the App — including news summaries, market data, and AI-generated match analysis — is for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the App.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BettingWave. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically access App content by automated means.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Third-Party Services

The App displays data sourced from third-party platforms including Kalshi, Polymarket, and various news services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information displayed is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BettingWave and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
