BettingWave ("the App") provides AI-powered matching of public news to public prediction markets. We do not collect personally identifiable information ("PII") to deliver core functionality.

No user identity fields are attached to match data.
If you enable notifications, the operating system may generate a device token. This token is used solely to deliver alerts you opt into (e.g., flagged market matches). We do not combine tokens with personal profiles.
The backend calls external APIs for news (RSS, GNews) and market data (Kalshi, Polymarket). These services may have their own privacy policies. We do not forward any user identifiers to them.
No in-app analytics are currently implemented. Crash reporting and basic telemetry may be collected by the OS or app store distribution channel in aggregated form.
Server infrastructure runs in isolated containers with limited-retention caches. No user secrets are stored. App-to-server communication may use HTTP or HTTPS depending on deployment; we recommend and are migrating to HTTPS to protect transport integrity.
The App is not directed toward children under 13. No personal data collection occurs.
